1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Petty Athletics ("Petty Athletics," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Petty Athletics LLC in Maryland. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information through pettyathletics.com, including our inquiry forms and online booking experience.

2. Information we collect
- Inquiry information. When an adult submits a contact or partnership form, we receive the contact's name, email address, phone number if provided, organization if provided, inquiry type, requested service, athlete age or grade if provided, and the message and planning details entered in the form.
- Booking information. Our booking experience uses Cal.com. When an adult uses the embedded calendar or opens Cal.com, Cal.com and Petty Athletics receive the contact and scheduling information entered there.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may process standard server and security information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the site.
- Direct communications. If you email, call, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide in that communication.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with parents, guardians, adult athletes, and organization representatives.
- Schedule and administer training, clinics, events, and partnership conversations.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and booking experience.
- Keep appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose personal information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including to:
- Vercel, which hosts and secures this website. See Vercel's Privacy Notice.
- Cal.com, which provides the embedded booking calendar and scheduling service. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction permitted by law.
Petty Athletics does not currently use Google Analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We will update this policy before materially changing how website information is collected, used, or shared.
5. Cookies and embedded services
Petty Athletics does not currently place advertising or site-analytics cookies. The embedded Cal.com calendar may use cookies or similar technologies under Cal.com's policy. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies, although doing so may prevent the calendar from loading; a direct Cal.com booking link is provided as a fallback.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record and context. Cal.com controls retention of information in its service under its own policy. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.
7. Privacy choices and requests
You may ask Petty Athletics to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, provide access to it, correct it, or delete it. You may also opt out of non-transactional communications at any time. Email hi@pettyathletics.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may apply.
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning the use, disclosure, portability, or appeal of a decision about your personal information. Petty Athletics will handle verified requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
8. Children's privacy
Petty Athletics provides services for youth athletes, but the website's inquiry and booking tools are intended for adults. A parent, legal guardian, adult athlete, or authorized organization representative must complete all inquiries and bookings. Children under 13 must not submit personal information through this website or the embedded calendar.
Please do not enter a minor's full name, date of birth, home address, medical information, diagnosis, or other sensitive information in a website form or booking note. If health, accessibility, or accommodation information is reasonably needed to provide a requested service, Petty Athletics will arrange to collect it directly from an authorized adult through an appropriate separate process.
If you believe a child submitted personal information directly, contact hi@pettyathletics.com so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects personal information, we will respond and provide notice as required by applicable law.
10. External links
The site may link to social networks or other websites that Petty Athletics does not control. Those services handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. Review their policies before providing information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will identify the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by law.
